Gravity Discovery Centre
Looking for a cool, educational activity to entertain the whole family? Bring the kids along to the Gravity Discovery Centre and get ready for a fun-filled day of action and adventure.
The Gravity Discovery Centre is located right next door to Gingin Observatory.
See science presented in a new and exciting way with exhibits and experiments that teach people of all ages about the Universe.
Climb up the 45 metre high Leaning Tower of Gingin and drop water balloons to see how they fall at the same speed, just like Galileo Galilei did 440 years ago from the Leaning Tower of Pisa in Italy!
Travel through the solar system on the 1km walk through life-like models of planets and moons and take the Solar System Walk quiz and see how good your memory is!
See real life fossils, the Universe timeline, giant black holes, magnetic poles and much more – whether you are 5 or 50...there is something to discover at the Gravity Discovery Centre.
Visit the Gravity Discovery Centre between 9:30am and 5pm and then, after dinner, go next door to the Gingin Observatory for stargazing.
Call Stargazer’s Cafe for meal options.
